Scope
These terms apply to open courses, in-company training, advice and related services by Van Goubergen P&M under the Lean Academy name.
Registration and confirmation
A registration becomes final after confirmation by Lean Academy. Practical information, location, dates and any preparation are communicated in advance.
Invoicing and payment
Invoicing is based on the details provided at registration. Payment takes place within the agreed term, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellation and changes
In case of too few participants, force majeure or practical necessity, Lean Academy may move or reschedule a course. Participant cancellation is handled according to the terms that apply at registration.
Intellectual property
Course material, slides, exercises, cases and methods remain the property of Van Goubergen P&M or the respective rights holders and may not be distributed without permission.
