Why in-company Lean training?
An open course builds individual knowledge. In-company training builds a shared improvement culture. Teams learn the same terms, practise with recognisable cases and translate Lean faster to their own processes.
Typical situations
A management team wants the same language
Lean works better when leaders use the same logic for priorities, flow, daily management, problem solving and coaching.
A value stream has structural lead-time problems
Training can be linked to value stream mapping, Kaizen workshops and concrete improvements in the team's own flow.
An organisation wants to roll out Green Belt more broadly
An in-company Green Belt track makes certification, practice cases and internal improvement projects more scalable.
Teams want to learn on the job
Theory becomes stronger when participants immediately see how standards, abnormalities, waiting time and handovers arise in their own environment.
Track structure
1. Intake and goal setting
We define audience, maturity, business goals, desired modules and practical constraints.
2. Training and simulation
Participants receive principles, language and exercises that fit their role and process context.
3. Application in own processes
The training is linked to concrete cases, value streams, improvement boards, A3s or Kaizen actions.
4. Coaching and anchoring
Optional coaching helps teams complete their first improvement cycles and keep new routines alive.
Frequently asked questions
